ZWISCHENZEITEN COLLECTION

Working through grief using art, I started painting patterns. The methodic and often thoughtless approach to working helped me through this newfound grief. Slowly, birds started entering the pieces. Birds became symbols of hope for me, and the resulting series continues to grow. Whenever I feel I am in the middle of a transition, I return to painting patterns.

I created most of this collection between 2017 and 2019.
